These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vipr2 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By accessing vipr2, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on vipr2, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Age is verified during KYC. Accounts found to belong to underage players are immediately suspended and any balances forfeited.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the vipr2 Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. vipr2 strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access gambling services.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The vipr2 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. 3.3 Account Ownership. Your vipr2 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
3.4 Account Suspension and Closure. vipr2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering; chargebacks; or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipr2 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify vipr2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. vipr2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.3 vipr2 strongly recommends that all players enable SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
4.4 vipr2 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from vipr2, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vipr2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. vipr2 does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on vipr2 is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method used. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, and you must not use payment methods that are not registered in your own name. vipr2 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.
5.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your vipr2 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the originating bank. vipr2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the vipr2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). vipr2 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
vipr2 does not accept credit card deposits or cryptocurrency of any kind. Accepted methods are GCash, PayMaya, Philippine bank transfers, and debit cards only. All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱).
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. vipr2 will not process any withdrawal request from an unverified account. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (five hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.6 Right to Withhold. vipr2 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. vipr2 will communicate the reason for any such delay to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. vipr2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 7.5 Changes to Promotions. vipr2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
8.1 RNG Certification. All slot games and virtual table games on the vipr2 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor.
8.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained dealers. 11.3 Any unauthorized use of vipr2's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipr2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
12.2 vipr2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 vipr2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. vipr2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vipr2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 vipr2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and vipr2, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. vipr2 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.4 Complaints. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to vipr2's support team. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated in good faith. vipr2 is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes.
